StoryCorps Studios
Associate Director of Production | 2022–Present
I lead editorial strategy and multimedia production for StoryCorps' award-winning Brand Studio, overseeing projects from concept through publication for a $2.5 million portfolio of national partnerships.
My work includes shaping editorial direction, managing production teams and freelancers, overseeing budgets and timelines, and producing award-winning audio and documentary content. Recent partners include the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, FRONTLINE, the Innocence Project, the New York Public Library, Prego, and WGBH/American Experience.
Along the way, I've helped modernize production workflows, launched new multimedia offerings, reduced production timelines by 20%, and lowered visual production costs by 25%.
Our New York Table
Creator, Host & Executive Producer | 2023–Present
I created Our New York Table to explore the ways food brings people together across New York City. As creator and executive producer, I lead every aspect of the show—from editorial strategy and guest booking to reporting, interviewing, writing, editing, sound design, publishing, audience development, and live events.
The podcast has grown its audience by 180% between its first two seasons and now reaches listeners in 45 countries.
Wisconsin Public Radio
Lee Ester News Fellow | 2021–2022
At Wisconsin Public Radio, I reported and produced nearly 100 stories covering breaking news, sports, culture, and public affairs. I served as the station's reporter covering the 2022 Winter Olympics, produced enterprise stories selected for NPR, and learned how to balance daily reporting with long-form narrative storytelling.
Freelance Work
In addition to my full-time work, I've produced audio, video, and written stories for organizations including NPR, The New York Times, and Gothamist.
Earlier Career
Before becoming a journalist and producer, I spent more than a decade in education and nonprofit leadership, developing curriculum, leading statewide and national programs, managing partnerships, and building systems that helped organizations scale their impact.
Those experiences continue to shape how I approach storytelling today—with curiosity, empathy, and a belief that the best stories begin by listening.
